Quality Assurance of Pharmacy Education – The Gold standards

Abstract:

Quality Assurance and not quality control is essential in education. Gold standards set as target, help achieve excellence and highest quality. The need for gold standards and objectives of quality assurance are discussed and a set of gold standards are mentioned. The need for SWOT Analysis, continuous review, feedback and timely amendments are explained. Few general concerns and weaknesses of Pharm. Education are mentioned. Some of the best practices of RAKMHSU University are highlighted.
