1. Submission Limitations:
- Each author is permitted to publish only one paper per year in the journal.
- An author may submit no more than two papers annually to ensure equitable opportunities for all contributors.
- This policy aims to manage the high volume of submissions and limited publication capacity.
2. Article Length and Format:
- Articles must be within 3,500-4,500 words in length.
- A maximum of two figures or images are allowed per article.
- Articles exceeding these limits may be requested to undergo revision to meet the specified length criteria.
- This policy ensures consistency and quality across all published work.
3. Publication Timeline:
- The journal does not entertain requests for fast-track publication.
- This policy applies universally, regardless of membership in any society, including APTI.
- The standard publication timeline is as follows:
- Initial screening: 7-10 days.
- Peer-review process: 60-90 days.
- Overall publication time: 180-210 days.
- Adhering to the established peer-review timelines is critical to maintaining rigorous academic standards.
4. APTI Membership Discounts:
- APTI discounts will be granted only to the corresponding or first author.
- Authors must include their APTI membership ID in the cover letter when submitting their paper.
5. Article Processing Charge (APC) Rates:
- The Indian rates of the APC apply to authors whose affiliations are within India.
- Indian Authors with foreign affiliations will be considered foreign authors, and the APC will be charged according to international rates.
- Waiver of the APC is not possible.
6. Ineligible Submissions:
- Conference papers, proceedings, or seminar papers are not considered for publication.
- Bulk paper submissions are not accepted, and inquiries regarding these types of submissions will not be entertained or responded.
7. Rejection or Withdrawal due to Pressurizing:
- Pressurizing for publication due to Ph.D. Viva or any other project deadlines will lead to the rejection or withdrawal of manuscripts.
